Board-Certified Behavior Analyst locations Remote time type Full time Job Description: Job Summary: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst serves as the clinical lead in developing and implementing evidenced based clinical policies and practices for members with Autism and their families Essential Functions: - Oversee coverage determinations for ABA utilization management to ensure members receive appropriate and medically necessary care in the most cost-effective setting - Conduct or assist with peer-to-peer discussions as appropriate - Assume key role in quality improvement initiatives, case management activities and member safety activities (i.e. incident management) - Help Develop specialized Care Management program for members diagnosed with Autism - Develop and implement training for UM and CM employees on evidence-based treatments for Autism - Participate inregulatory/accreditationreviews - Provide guidance to BH orientation and network development/ recruitment in conjunction with provider relations, value-based contracting, support of episodes of care and full integration of BH services - Provider technical assistance to improve quality of services to members with autism and intellectual disabilities - Assist in the review of utilization data to identify variances in patterns, and provide feedback and education to MCP staff and providers as appropriate - Represent CareSource as the primary clinical liaison to members, providers and State agencies - Support of regulatory and accreditation functions (e.g. CMS, State, NCQA and URAC) and compliance for all programs - Participate in the development, implementation and revision of the clinical care standards and practice guidelines ensuring compliance with nationally accepted quality standards - Participate in the development, implementation and revision of the Quality Improvement Plan and corporate level quality initiatives - Collaborate with market/product leaders to help define market strategy - Community collaborative participation - Participate in the evaluation and investigations of cases suspected of fraud, abuse, and quality of care concerns - Provide cross-coverage for Behavioral Health Medical Directors and/or markets, as needed - Support staff by providing training, clinical consultation, and clinical case review for members including Medical Advisement meetings - Perform any other job related instructions, as requested Education and Experience: - Completion of an accredited doctoral program - Minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required - Managed care medical review experience is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: - Microsoft Word and Excel skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to work well independently and within a team environment - Ability to create strong relationships with Providers and Members - High ethical standards - Attention to detail - Critical listening and systematic thinking skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and act in the company's best interest - Ability to act with diplomacy and sensitivity to cultural diversity - Decision making/problem solving skills - Conflict resolution skills - Strong sense of mission and commitment of time, effort and resources to the betterment of the communities served - Ability to analyze healthcare data from a variety of sources to evaluate physician practice patterns - Leadership experience and skills Licensure and Certification: - Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA-D - Licensed Behavior Analyst in state of practice to meet regulatory requirements is required Working Conditions: - General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time - May be required to work evenings/weekends - May be required to travel to fulfill duties of position Compensation Range: $94,100.00 - $164,800.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.We are highly invested in every employee's total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package. Role Description ESO is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Top Line Revenue, Bookings, and ARR team. This role sits at the center of how ESO understands its recurring revenue, partnering directly with the Finance Manager of Revenue to build and maintain the ARR, GRR, and NRR models that inform financial forecasts, board reporting, and strategic pricing decisions across a subscription business with over $200M in ARR. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between detailed model building and clear, concise communication with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Product. You bring strong analytical instincts, an interest in what drives subscription revenue, and the discipline to keep complex, multi-segment models accurate as the business grows. You will work cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to support growth initiatives and optimize capital allocation. This is a highly visible position offering significant exposure to executive leadership, board-level reporting, and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities - ARR & Revenue Analytics - Build and maintain ARR models, tracking new, expansion, contraction, and churn activity across ESO's agency and department segments. - Partner with Finance Manager of Revenue to analyze gross renewal rate and net renewal rate trends, translating churn drivers into actionable insight. - Support strategic pricing analysis in partnership with Corporate Finance. - Maintain data integrity between source systems and ARR reporting, resolving discrepancies as they arise. - Develop KPI frameworks and drive cross-functional projects to improve scalability and operational performance. - Revenue & Bookings Forecasting - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings forecasts for the senior leadership team, the Board, and investors. - Prepare variance analysis and bridge explanations to support monthly and quarterly business reviews. - Contribute to ESO's longer-range financial planning to support debt covenant and Vista reporting requirements. - Cross-Functional Partnership & Reporting - Partner cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Accounting to validate ARR movements and align on definitions. - Prepare recurring board, investor, and lender reporting materials related to top line performance. - Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and automate recurring analyses. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics. - Comfort working with ARR, bookings, and other subscription metrics, and an understanding of what drives them. - Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. - Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to work cross functionally. - High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment. Preferred - Experience with Adaptive Planning or a similar planning tool. - Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models and related metrics, including GRR, NRR, and churn. - Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar ERP system. • Perform research and deep-dive analyses on complex healthcare claims data, CMS return files, financial cost, revenue, and vendor data • Work with large and small datasets: join, transform, engineer, and extract meaningful insights • Interpret statistical analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Build and automate reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and similar tools • Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Population Health, IT, and external vendors to support enterprise reporting and analytic initiatives • Document analytic logic, assumptions, and methodology so work is reproducible and auditable • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency
