Order Operations Manager

Ookla

• Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all Ookla product lines across both direct sales and indirect channels (partners/resellers). • Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational workflows to reduce friction and promote a faster, more efficient rhythm from deal close to revenue recognition. • Partner with the Sales team to enforce strict accountability regarding key CRM inputs, data integrity, and contracting standards. • Own and streamline the administration of vendor intake forms, customer onboarding processes, and security/compliance documentation. • Support the sales ecosystem by managing operational requirements for RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of business operational data. • Serve as the subject matter expert on how deal structures impact revenue.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash/ERP software.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership while firmly holding teams accountable to data and process standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-variable workflows (RFPs, onboarding, vendor forms) without losing speed.
