• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America. • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals. • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social). • Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations, • Partner with leadership to close deals. • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 40% of the time).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
- Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
- Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.
- Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
