• Map and distribute tasks to the team following ServiceNow best practices. • Build solutions using modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others. • Plan and architect sprints based on user stories (using Scrum methodology). • Monitor and support the team in implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform. • Develop APIs using RESTful principles for integration with other services. • Work on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Assist in resolving technical issues and driving continuous improvement of delivered solutions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (functional, business, and architecture).
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience and certifications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across different levels.
- Leadership skills.
- Advanced English (desirable for international projects).
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and/or CIS).

Role Description SAIC is looking for exceptional IT professionals to join our Civilian Sector as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in support of the continued growth on our Department of the Interior team.
