Project Manager

• Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key stakeholders stay aligned. • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting for cross-functional initiatives. • Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight while ensuring accountability across teams. • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge, and other internal stakeholders to successfully deliver complex initiatives. • Serve as the primary point of coordination across departments, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and project timelines. • Build strong working relationships across the organization and communicate project status clearly to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP Certification (required).
  • 3+ years of corporate project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects with minimal oversight while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, or similarly cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience using modern project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.
