• work closely with scientific project leads and cross‑functional contributors across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling • responsible for end‑to‑end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work • support or lead project management discussions, prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports • ensure clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions • monitor scope changes and manage change order processes • coordinate internal workflows, facilitate alignment across disciplines, and document decisions and actions • support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a client‑facing role, supporting or leading project management communications
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team

• Creation of structured documents and project plans in conjunction with Project Managers, in line with project objectives & timelines; • Working with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress against key deliverables; • Creation of internal and external reports and dashboards, and attending governance meetings when required to report on progress; • Monitor cost tracking against project budgets, including reporting on project spend; • Working with various project stakeholders (internal & external) to support in scheduling of project meetings; • Supporting project managers in the completion of lessons learned reviews post implementation and manage actions through to completion; • Handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the expected timeframe and following up to ensure resolution.
