Role Description A specialized consulting and contracting firm focused on energy efficiency and infrastructure improvements for data centers is seeking a Project Developer / Energy Engineer. This role is responsible for overseeing project development from initial assessment to contract finalization, ensuring energy conservation, reliability, and capacity solutions are effectively implemented. Travel expectations: Approximately 20-30%, with a focus on projects in Ashburn, VA, and other locations across the U.S. and Canada. Travel is required on an as-needed basis. • Creation of structured documents and project plans in conjunction with Project Managers, in line with project objectives & timelines; • Working with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress against key deliverables; • Creation of internal and external reports and dashboards, and attending governance meetings when required to report on progress; • Monitor cost tracking against project budgets, including reporting on project spend; • Working with various project stakeholders (internal & external) to support in scheduling of project meetings; • Supporting project managers in the completion of lessons learned reviews post implementation and manage actions through to completion; • Handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the expected timeframe and following up to ensure resolution.

• To ensure projects are delivered safely in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, policies, contractual specifications and obligations and manuals • Owner of the “Implementation Project” from design and commercial governance approvals through to service transition into ‘In Life’ Operations • To work with various stakeholders across the business to deliver customer driven projects independently or as part of a wider programme to time, cost, and quality criteria • To ensure resources (both internal and external) are arranged to implement the solution on schedule, sourcing quotes where necessary and ensuring statement of works are in place that are in line with the design and customer requirements for the project • To ensure hardware (and materials where necessary) are procured and available to site in accordance with the project plan • To ensure all aspects of the solution and services are implemented as per the contractual specifications • To identify, log and regularly review risks that would impact project time, budget or quality and be accountable for mitigation strategies where appropriate • To ensure all projects undergo a Lessons Learned review; and to participate actively in forums designed to drive standardisation of best practice, process and procedure
