Role Description Revvity is seeking an accomplished Life Sciences Reagents Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across our US and Canada Life Sciences reagents portfolio. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, and establishing Revvity as the partner of choice for life sciences researchers and pharma/biopharma organizations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in reagents sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets, and the ability to translate scientific value into commercial success. Key Responsibilities - Sales Leadership & Team Development - Build, lead, and mentor a 100+-people commercial team (13 direct reports) of Territory Sales Managers, Field Application Scientists, Sales Managers, and Key Account Leaders to drive and deliver on top line and profitability goals. - Establish clear performance metrics, sales targets, and accountability frameworks. - Drive a culture of excellence and performance through coaching, pipeline management, and performance optimization. - Recruit top-tier sales talent with deep life sciences and reagents expertise. - Revenue Growth & Market Expansion - Own and exceed annual revenue targets (~$400M) for reagents portfolio including antibodies, assay kits, biochemicals, consumables, and detection reagents. - Develop and execute strategic account plans for key pharma/biopharma, academic, and CRO customers. - Identify white space opportunities and drive market penetration in underdeveloped segments. - Partner with Marketing to create demand generation campaigns and product launch strategies. - Actively lead and execute commercial channel strategies to drive uptake and channel exposure across the region. - Customer Engagement & Strategic Partnerships - Build C-suite and senior-level relationships with top-tier accounts. - Serve as trusted advisor to customers on workflow optimization and assay development. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and close high-value contracts. - Represent Revvity at industry conferences, tradeshows, and scientific symposia. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Management to provide market intelligence and voice-of-customer insights. - Collaborate with Technical Support and Applications teams to ensure customer success. - Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize inventory and fulfillment. - Align with Global Commercial teams on pricing, positioning, and competitive strategy. Qualifications - 15+ years of life sciences sales experience with 10+ years in reagents, antibodies, or related consumables. - 8+ years of sales leadership experience managing distributed teams. - Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline. Preferred Qualifications - MBA degree. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in competitive markets. - Deep understanding of life sciences research areas and workflows (genomics, proteomics, cell biology, immunology). - Established relationships within pharma/biopharma, academic research, and CRO communities. - Experience selling into pharma/biotech R&D, translational research, or drug discovery organizations. - Familiarity with Revvity's technology platforms (HTRF, AlphaLISA, DELFIA, etc.). - Track record of successful new product launches and market development initiatives. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. - Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experience. Travel Requirement - Willingness to travel 40-50% across US and Canada. Compensation Range The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-$270,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
