Role Description The Product Manager oversees the development, strategy, and success of our products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between various stakeholders—including customers, engineers, designers, and executives—to ensure our product aligns with market needs, drives business growth, and delivers immense value to our customers. - Strategy & Market Research: Support business strategy by identifying new product enhancements and revenue opportunities. Research market trends and competitive positioning to refine product direction. - Product Definition: Lead the definition and delivery of new functionality by defining role-based journeys and use cases. Apply expertise in defining product logic and data models that enable employee experience insights at scale. - Roadmap & Execution: Define roadmaps to communicate high-level direction and sequence. Collaborate with Experience Design and Engineering to articulate requirements as epics and user stories. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to enable production deployment, support readiness, and customer delivery. - Go-To-Market: Collaborate with Marketing to define GTM strategies, providing input for sales tools, marketing assets, and user guides to support customer acquisition. - Performance Measurement: Measure product capability performance. Understand and influence product P&L, adoption drivers, and active use. - Compliance: Stay current with relevant regulations affecting the marketplace and product functionality requirements. Qualifications - 2–5 years of product management experience, specifically with building SaaS-based applications. - Experience managing enterprise Work Tech platforms, particularly those with complex data models, integrations, or extensible architectures. - Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and infrastructures; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to influence and coordinate resources outside of your direct control; intellectual curiosity paired with a competitive spirit. - Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for all levels, including Senior Management. - Detail-oriented with a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences. - Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) required. - Ability to travel as required. Job Requirements
