ITS Knowledge Enablement Assistant

• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in ServiceNow. • Develop and write new knowledge articles based on information provided in New Knowledge article requests in ServiceNow. • Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in ServiceNow. • Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook.
