• Partner with hiring manager and recruiting team to understand staffing needs and job requirements. • Source and identify prospective candidates, and seamlessly hand them off to the Recruiter. • Locate and attend local and remote job fairs, hiring events, networking functions and community outreach within the Portland metro area when needed. • Verify candidate eligibility for positions including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PMHNP, behavioral health therapists, and contracted staff, based on licensure, credentials, experience, and other baseline requirements. • Review resumes and confirm eligibility, and if needed, conduct brief conversations to verify candidate interest and availability. • Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, professional groups, and outbound outreach. • Collaborate with recruiter to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. • Provide weekly pipeline updates and sourcing metrics.

• Lead day-to-day oversight of study vendors throughout the clinical trial lifecycle • Coordinate vendor activities, ensuring timelines, quality expectations, and study deliverables are achieved • Develop study-specific vendor management plans and vendor oversight documentation • Partner with Study Management Teams (SMTs), Functional Subject Matter Experts, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure seamless study execution • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and regular governance meetings, driving continuous improvement • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate vendor-related risks • Escalate issues appropriately and work collaboratively to achieve timely resolution • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and study information within internal systems • Support invoice transparency by identifying potential discrepancies and communicating with Clinical Trial Leads • Ensure vendor compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company procedures

Role Description Own the data center mechanical category: CDUs, chillers, pumps, dry coolers, and piping packages for liquid-cooled builds. - Negotiate supply agreements with mechanical OEMs covering price, lead time, and factory capacity across a multi-year pipeline. - Dual-source CDU and chiller platforms and drive the qualification work that makes the second source usable. - Coordinate with manufacturing and design so equipment specs freeze early enough to buy at the lead times the market gives.
