Role Description Over the last six years Augintel has built a new category in Child Welfare and has transformed how caseworkers and supervisors do their jobs. As we enter our next stage of growth, we need to strengthen both our strategic vision as well as our day-to-day execution. The Chief Product Officer will be the executive responsible for aligning Augintel's strategy and product direction and associated operating cadence and cross-functional execution. This leader will help Augintel maintain the speed and customer intimacy of a founder-led company while building the clarity, accountability, prioritization discipline, and operating infrastructure required for sustainable growth. At the product level, this leader will own the translation of Augintel's vision into a cohesive 12–36 month product strategy and roadmap. They will ensure that new products and features do not simply ship, but land in the market with clear positioning, customer value, adoption plans, enablement, and measurable revenue impact.
