Role Description As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering cloud-native applications that power scalable and reliable digital services. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that leverage the best of Microsoft Azure technologies. The current project is expected to continue until February 28, 2027. Following its completion, we will explore opportunities to transition you to another project, depending on business needs and project availability. In this role, you will: - Lead the development of robust backend services using Microsoft .NET and Azure cloud technologies. - Design and implement event-driven architectures utilizing Azure Service Bus and Event Hub. - Build and maintain Azure Function Apps, App Services, and contribute to efficient CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. - Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to software engineering best practices. - Optimize database performance and reliability through proficient use of SQL Server and related technologies. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring system stability and performance. - Actively contribute to architectural decisions and propose scalable solutions for evolving business needs. - Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the development team. You’ll be working in an environment that values clean code, automation, and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to shape solutions end-to-end — from concept to deployment — while collaborating in an agile, cloud-first setting. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years working as a .NET Developer - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft .NET for building cloud-based services. - Familiarity with Azure messaging/event-driven services such as Service Bus and Event Hub. - Experience working with Azure Function Apps, App Services, and Azure DevOps - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with unit testing and mocking frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL and database development (e.g., SQL Server). - Experience with automated testing, debugging, and code reviews. - Demonstrable experience of end-to-end design, build, and delivery of applications, ideally within a cloud-native environment - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality, testing, and best practices. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues proactively and efficiently. - Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and take ownership of tasks. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools. - Fluent communication in English.
