Wiz

• Identify, analyze, and track advanced state-backed and financially motivated attackers that target cloud ecosystems. • Hunt through a wide range of data sources to identify malicious campaigns targeting Wiz customers. • Leverage open and closed-data to track the infrastructure and malware used by advanced actors. • Investigate and attribute incidents, campaigns, and threat actors to understand more about the attackers and what motivates them. • Communicate novel findings to multiple audiences, including customers and the public.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security or threat research, with a proven track record of tracking sophisticated threat actors.
  • Ability to find novel and durable ways of identifying and tracking threat actors across multiple data sets.
  • Experience working with large-scale telemetry, especially infrastructure hunting and by pivoting through query languages and scripting.
  • Familiarity with malware analysis and using YARA to hunt for malware.
  • Willingness to take on multiple roles to build out actor tracking.

Background Within BMS/OHR, the People Performance Unit (PPU) exists to provide substantive leadership to the development and implementation of the UNDP-wide approaches and strategies aimed at creating positive employee experience and maintaining a safe, respectful and enabling working environment that enables personnel engagement, productivity and performance. More specifically, the team leads and provides advice on matters related to employee experience and engagement, staff relations and respect in the workplace, duty of care with a focus on health and well-being, dealing with sexual misconduct in the workplace, and individual performance management and its linkages with broader organizational performance. To strengthen the learning support ecosystem for navigating change, enhance personnel’s well-being, and promote a work environment with emotional resilience, psychological safety, and team cohesion, UNDP seeks a Mental Health Literacy Analyst. Duties and Responsibilities The Mental Health Literacy (MHL) Analyst will enhance mental health literacy across UNDP by upskilling managers and teams in changing management foundations, embracing unexpected change, adaptive project management, and maintaining resilience and well-being during times of uncertainty. The role will focus on designing impactful learning, communication, and tools that reduce stigma, promote help-seeking and supportive behaviors, reinforce psychological resilience and safety, and help rebuild trust following organizational transitions. Strengthening the Learning Support Ecosystem for Navigating Change - Develop learning pathways that equip personnel to navigate uncertainty, embrace unexpected changes, and maintain individual and team well-being. - Design and implement resources that build adaptive capacity, emotional resilience, and psychological safety during periods of organizational transition. - Integrate well-being principles into existing change-management training and adaptive project-management approaches. - Provide learning support to strengthen team cohesion, trust-building, and morale recovery in changing environments. Lead the Design and Delivery of Mental Health Literacy Learning and Capacity-Building Initiatives. - Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive mental health literacy curriculum tailored to key audiences (e.g., all personnel, people’s managers, and HR practitioners), grounded in organizational needs and evidence-based practices. - Design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) program on Mental Health Literacy to build an internal global network of mental health literacy facilitators across regions. - Oversee the rollout of diverse learning formats, including self-paced digital modules, live webinars, hybrid workshops, and experiential learning tools. - Provide inputs for the integration of MHL into other internal learning initiatives (e.g., leadership development, onboarding, and team learning). Develop and Operationalize Toolkits and Resources to Support Mental Health - Design and implement targeted toolkits to support individuals and teams through transitions, including managing “survivor syndrome”, guilt, burnout, and morale recovery. - Provide practical guidance for managers leading through change, including language for team communication, psychological first aid principles, and emotional check-in tools. - Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to embed well-being and mental health practices throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, performance management, exits). - Support the integration of MHL strategies into broader organizational change and business transformation initiatives. Drive Communications and Engagement Strategies to Promote a Culture of Help-Seeking and Psychological Safety - Contribute to the development of internal communication products that normalize help-seeking, reduce stigma, and promote the use of internal support services. - Support internal communications campaigns and awareness initiatives aligned with global mental health events, UNDP values, and MH Literacy pillars. - Track and analyze feedback, participation rates, and engagement metrics to refine communications and demonstrate program impact. Facilitate knowledge and knowledge sharing - Identify, synthesize and document best practices and lessons learned that are generated from the project and implementing partners. - Participate in and ensure sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice on project related issues.
