Role Description We're looking for an experienced .NET CMS Tech Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the client's engineering capability while remaining hands-on with development. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and full-stack engineering. You'll mentor developers, lead technical decision-making, design scalable CMS solutions, and work directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery and solution architecture through development, deployment, and post-launch support—while helping elevate engineering standards across the business.
