Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant discipline with 4 - 6 years of experience in a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Background in mortgage servicing or financial technology.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, with direct exposure to data mapping and/or system conversion projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
