• Act as a primary point of contact throughout the overall software implementation process, setting the tone and cadence of the engagement. • Develop and define the complete project plan, including all project artifacts (charter, schedule, RAID log, communication plan, etc.). • Ensure project milestones, budget, training needs, and business and technical requirements are met within the agreed timeline and budget. • Proactively forecast, surface, and manage issues and risks associated with the project, flagging concerns early and keeping ahead of them. • Prepare weekly status reports for executives and facilitate weekly status review meetings with customers, using these touchpoints to drive decisions forward. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all customers, including demanding or high-friction stakeholders — reading a room, managing difficult conversations directly, and keeping the relationship productive under pressure. • Advocate on behalf of customers by prioritizing and escalating issues when needed, while holding the line on scope, timeline, and resourcing to protect project success. • Exercise sound judgment on when to escalate versus when to resolve independently, and own the outcome of decisions made. • Work cross-functionally with all teams regarding software enhancements, solving problems, and implementing changes as needed, treating the success of the broader implementation as the measure of the job well done. • Assist with system configuration and demonstrate final system setup. • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to manage changes to the original Scope of Work, protecting margin and delivery quality while maintaining the customer relationship. • Provide end-user training and technical support during the implementation process as needed. • Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment. • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 15% annually. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Senior IT Systems Engineer II, Lead

• Own and evolve the internal IT roadmap and strategy in support of the organization's broader business and engineering goals. • Manage, mentor, and grow the IT Support & Operations Engineer team, including hiring, training, and creating a clear career path. • Mature, document, and manage the internal IT support program, ensuring tickets are triaged and resolved in a timely manner commensurate with the needs of the business. • Develop, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal IT services, holding the team and supporting vendors accountable to these KPIs. • Own the security and compliance posture of CaseWorthy's internal IT environment, ensuring policies (patching, endpoint protection, access control) are implemented, enforced, and audit-ready. • Serve as the escalation point for complex IT support and operations issues, and stay hands-on with tools such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Windows administration when needed. • Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure a smooth new-hire and termination process from an IT standpoint (provisioning, deprovisioning, and equipment logistics). • Develop and manage the internal IT budget, including software/hardware licensing and related IT expenditures, to optimize spend and ensure the company gets the most value. • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, and maintain proof of decommissioned assets. • Develop, propose, and maintain laptop hardware and software standards; manage refresh cycles in accordance with budget. • Facilitate and manage IT vendor selection, procurement, and onboarding processes. • Report to the IT Governance Committee monthly on IT vendor performance, progress against IT program goals, and status of ongoing projects. • Ensure appropriate coverage of support across globally distributed working hours (US and India), and set clear escalation paths to hardware and software vendor support when needed. • Champion a culture of collaboration, automation, continuous improvement, and shared ownership between IT, DevOps, and security teams. • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Cloud Ops Engineer – SRE

• Maintain and improve the company's Azure cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, availability, and performance. • Define, track, and report on SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for production services. • Provide on-call, after-hours support on a rotating schedule, including incident response and escalation. • Lead and participate in blameless postmortems and retrospectives of production infrastructure incidents, driving corrective and preventive action items to closure. • Perform hosting tasks as needed including deployments and patching. • Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Maintain and execute new tenant site provisioning. • Plan and execute database migrations to accommodate capacity plans. • Build and maintain observability tooling — metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting — using Datadog and Azure Monitor to enhance security, observability, and monitoring of workloads (compute, data storage, application integration elements). • Perform capacity planning and load/performance analysis to anticipate and prevent reliability issues before they impact customers. • Contribute to the organization's security audits and risk assessments. • Assist with vulnerability scans / penetration tests for internal and client systems. • Assist with identifying, documenting, and socializing application risks and vulnerabilities. • Use Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database / Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure API Management, and Azure DNS, to name a few. • As well as Azure DevOps Pipelines / GitHub Actions, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates / Bicep, Checkmarx, Tenable, Datadog, Azure Monitor, and Atlassian products. • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lead CaseWorthy’s event strategy, logistics, and campaign execution. • Manage all event logistics including registration, booth setup, and shipping. • Track all event expenses and ensure accountability for attendee reporting. • Develop creative strategies to attract booth traffic and generate leads.
• Responsible for executing customer implementation projects based on Technical Consultant II and Product Management design. • Provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. • Work with a team of analysts to complete a high-quality implementation in a short time frame. • Communicate frequently and clearly with teammates, perform tasks assigned to you by a deadline, and assist teammates with testing and feedback for their work. • Work on support issues as assigned.
• Triage, manage, answer, and resolve incoming tickets, questions, and requests from clients. • Coordinate with administrators, supervisors, and executives at partner organizations to understand and resolve issues and concerns. • Work closely with Client Success Managers, developers, database administrators, and subject matter experts to address client needs and proactively resolve issues. • Assist HMIS staff with compliance reporting, data quality, and system-wide reporting needs. • Understand and assist clients with implementing new HUD HMIS compliance data collection and reporting updates. • Work with clients to replicate reported issues, identify root causes, and put sustainable resolutions into place. • Work with other internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed and communicating the status of issues to client. • Monitor systems and site performance for issues or outages and coordinate resolutions with various internal teams. • Answer phone calls, video chat with clients, and correspond through tickets and e-mails to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide status updates. • Customize and configure ClientTrack forms, workflows, workspaces, and dashboards in client environments. • Manage a queue of tickets and escalate tickets to ensure rapid resolution times. • Apply critical thinking/problem-solving skills in working with clients and cross-functional teams on client support initiatives. • Support team members may be asked to work varying shift times between 7am and 7pm MT and may be asked to cover emergency phone lines outside of normal business hours. • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually. • Performs other duties as assigned.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and risks. • Monitor and analyze security threats and incidents and provide recommendations for remediation. • Assist with the implementation of internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory security frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, HITRUST). • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure. • Develop and implement security policies and procedures. • Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning. • Stay up to date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations to improve our security posture. • Research/evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them. • Plan for disaster recovery and create contingency plans in the event of any security breaches. • Test and evaluate security products. • Design new security systems or upgrade existing ones. • Use advanced analytic tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities. • Engage in 'ethical hacking', for example, simulating security breaches. • Identify potential weaknesses and implement measures, such as firewalls and encryption. • Monitor identity and access management, including monitoring for abuse of permissions by authorized system users. • Consult with stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide future recommendations. • Generate reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. • Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security. • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
