• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of talent. • Use a variety of sourcing methods including social media, professional networks, industry events, and talent mapping. • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to guide decision-making. • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness. • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and continuously improve processes. • Work with hiring teams to provide guidance on best practices for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent. • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience in interactions with candidates and networks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors , Business, or a related field (required)
  • 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven ability to advise and partner with leaders (required)
  • Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies. (High proficiency)
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. (High proficiency)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. (Low proficiency)
