Campaign Operations Specialist

• Design, build, and launch automated workflows in HubSpot • Lead quality assurance for campaign assets • Build and maintain audience segmentation and suppression lists • Monitor and maintain marketing database health • Manage data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools • Act as technical bridge between teams • Partner with Customer Marketing for onboarding and renewal tracks • Develop SOPs and templates • Provide reports on campaign metrics
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing or digital operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes
- Foundational understanding of marketing privacy laws
