• Build Smart Workflows: You will move our hiring operations to an automated ecosystem. You’ll identify and implement the right solution that fits our operational requirements, whilst prioritizing automation first and seamlessly aligned processes with other teams. • Establish Hiring & Data Excellence: You will set the gold standard for candidate quality and process integrity. This includes designing robust verification protocols, ensuring only high-caliber talent enters the training pipeline. • Monitor & Optimize KPIs: You are the owner of the hiring team’s output. You will build and track a real-time dashboard for critical KPIs—including SLA adherence, time-to-hire, and training churn—identifying bottlenecks and implementing projects that tangibly improve conversion and speed. • Engineer Scalable Capacity: You will design and manage the headcount model for our Hiring Coordinators. By tracking incoming request volumes against historical throughput, you will ensure the team is perfectly sized to meet global headcount demands without bottlenecks. • Servant Leader: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of remote Hiring Coordinators. You will foster a culture of proactivity and high performance, ensuring your team has the tools and clarity needed to hit their sourcing and interviewing targets. • Risk & Compliance Guardian: Proactively identify pipeline risks and operational incidents ensuring they are escalated and resolved through recurring process audits.
Job Requirements
- Data-First Mindset: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) with a proven track record of managing hiring processes.
- Process Mastery: Strong experience in hiring process design and optimization. You have a "builder" mentality.
- Global Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You can translate complex operational bottlenecks into clear solutions and collaborate effectively with distributed, international stakeholders across teams.

Role Description The Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist owns provider enrollment workflows from onboarding through active payer participation. This role ensures providers are properly credentialed, compliant, billable, and accurately represented on payer directories. This is a deadline-driven, detail-intensive remote role that requires persistence and consistent follow-up with payers. Submission is not the finish line — verification is.
