Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a development team working on a well-established enterprise case management application used by public-sector organizations. You will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a complex software solution, implementing new features, resolving defects, and supporting regular software releases. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature, mission-critical application in close collaboration with Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Release Management. - Develop, enhance, and maintain a large-scale enterprise application using C++. - Implement new functionality and maintain existing features across the application. - Work extensively with Oracle databases and SQL. - Support document generation and data processing components. - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects. - Contribute to build, deployment, and release activities. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, and Release Management teams. - Work with development tasks and issue tracking using JIRA. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Strong professional experience with C++. - Strong knowledge of SQL, ideally Oracle Database. - Good German language skills for communication with the development team and stakeholders. - Experience developing and maintaining enterprise software applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an Agile team.
