• The CE Technical Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions. • This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting skills, helping organizations transform sales, service, marketing, and field operations through scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. • The ideal candidate brings strong experience across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and application lifecycle management (ALM), while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, project teams, and executive stakeholders. • This individual will lead technical solution design, oversee development activities, guide integration architecture decisions, and support presales efforts. • Partner with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery. • Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design engagements. • Establish development standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks. • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities. • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and architecture decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Deep expertise with Dynamics 365 CE
- Power Platform
- Dataverse
- Azure Integration Services
- Strong development experience using C# .NET
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Power Automate
- REST APIs
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern ALM practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and influence architecture decisions.
- Experience connecting with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and/or Business Central.
- Preferred: Expertise in Dual-write architecture and troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Experience with KingswaySoft, Celigo, or similar integration platforms.
- Preferred: Experience designing Copilot Studio and AI-based business solutions.
- Microsoft Certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate

Role Description As a Staff Software Engineer, you will join our team that is behind one of our leading and differentiated AI SIEM product capabilities, STAR™ - Storyline Active Response. This role is responsible for real-time cloud-based automated hunting, detection, and response, empowering security teams of our customers to create custom detection and response rules, and deploy them in real-time to proactively detect and respond to threats. - Design, develop (primarily in Go and partially also in Java), implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume and low latency applications, built to handle several millions of events per second. - Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture. - Participate and collaborate with cross functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale. - Maintain application stability and data integrity by monitoring key metrics and improving codebase accordingly. - Understand & maintain existing codebase by regular re-factoring and applying requested fixes and features. - Learn new technologies that can solve our huge volume of data and the challenges it poses.
