• Manage and update the program playbook and PMO artifacts, including roadmaps, budget, RAID, etc • Prepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items. • Maintain project documentation and approvals. • Collect weekly status updates from project owners. • Track readiness, training, communications, cutover, and hypercare items. • Flag missing updates, overdue actions, and emerging tasks. • Develop and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders to provide support to existing Project and Program Managers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have project management experience supporting enterprise programs, PMO activities, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communications, and proactive follow-up.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in professional, enterprise organizations.
- Industry experience, highly preferred, in oil and gas or similar power/energy environments.
- Exposure working within a PMO (Project Management Office) is needed.
- Must have proficient experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and project owners to obtain status updates.
- Good judgment with prioritizing competing needs and managing escalations.
- Ability to move quickly, obtain information, and work proactively.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders in support of Project and Program Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline required.

Role Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that support Monogram Health’s client implementations and ongoing operational initiatives.
