The AML/CFT Associate may also assist with training recommendations for the front line and assist with annual reporting for the Board of Directors. As Compliance/CRA Associate, this individual will assist with ensuring the bank complies with all banking laws and regulations, with specific emphasis on the consumer protection regulations, and the testing of the Bank’s compliance program, including recommendations for training and the implementation of regulatory changes throughout the organization.
