Appfire is seeking a collaborative and execution-focused Field Marketing Leader, Americas to support regional pipeline growth and customer engagement through targeted marketing programs, events, and partner initiatives across North America and LATAM. Reporting to the Manager, Global Field Marketing, this role will work closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and partners to execute regional campaigns and field programs that align with business priorities and go-tomarket objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience managing field events, driving regional campaign execution, and supporting sales through integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. This role is well-suited for a marketer who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and is passionate about creating impactful customer and partner experiences. What you will do: - Americas Field Marketing Strategy Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to pipeline, revenue, retention, and GTM objectives. Partner closely with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and customer engagement. Translate global marketing initiatives into regionally relevant campaigns and experiences tailored to local market needs. Develop and execute marketing plans that support Appfire and partner joint business plans. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Alliances, and Ecosystem teams to drive quarterly and annual planning, partner marketing initiatives, and co-marketing activities across the Americas region. Regional Campaigns & Events Management - Support the planning, execution, and optimization of regional events (Partner events and sponsorships, Community events, Roadshows and customer events, Webinars and virtual events, Alliance and partner enablement events). - Support event execution from strategy and planning through post-event analysis and reporting. - Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and consistent brand representation. - Measure program effectiveness through KPIs including pipeline influence, sourced revenue, attendance, engagement, and ROI. Channel & Partner Marketing Drive inclusion in Appfire's demand generation campaigns. Facilitate the development of reference stories with clients and partners. Provide marketing interlock with the regional Channel VP and Channel Managers. Support local ACE events and partner webinars. Collaborate with Channel, Alliances, and Ecosystem teams to support partner marketing planning, initiatives and co-marketing activities within the Americas region. Help execute joint marketing campaigns, partner-led events, sponsorships, and regional GTM programs with strategic partners. Serve as a liaison between regional sales teams, marketing, and partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on quarterly marketing priorities and execution plans. Support efforts to strengthen Appfire’s presence within key partner ecosystems and regional communities. Campaign Execution & Reporting - Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partner Programs, Demand Generation, Creative Services and Digital Marketing teams to bring forward partner requests and plans and create integrated campaigns that support field initiatives. - Ensure timely lead follow-up, campaign tracking, and reporting processes. - Analyze campaign and event performance to identify optimization opportunities and actionable insights. - Manage regional marketing budgets and forecast spend effectively. Teamwork & Leadership Act as a trusted marketing advisor to Americas sales leadership and regional stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the global field marketing team to share best practices, campaign insights, and scalable processes. Contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. - What you will need: - 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations. - Proven experience developing partner marketing plans, and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events that drive pipeline and revenue impact. - Strong collaboration skills working closely with sales, channel and partner organizations. - Experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Salesforce. - Nice to have: Experience within the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem. Familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models. Experience supporting multi-country or regional marketing programs across the Americas.
