• Design and maintain enterprise reporting architecture supporting program management, operational reporting, and executive dashboards. • Develop scalable data models, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions using industry best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data visualization strategies. • Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines supporting enterprise reporting initiatives. • Develop executive dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms. • Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality assurance, and data governance processes. • Partner with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and technical teams to identify new reporting opportunities and improve data accessibility. • Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, reporting standards, and architectural diagrams. • Support executive governance meetings by providing reporting solutions and analytical insights that inform strategic decision-making. • Recommend continuous improvements to reporting architecture, data integration processes, and business intelligence capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience designing enterprise reporting solutions, business intelligence platforms, or data architecture within complex IT environments.
  • Strong experience developing SQL queries, relational databases, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Experience designing data models, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, cloud-based reporting platforms, and enterprise data governance principles.
  • Experience supporting AWS, Azure, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
