• Leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation through delivery • Drives business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis • Oversees project planning, execution, and resource management • Analyzes business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals • Serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams • Facilitates organizational alignment and ensures strong stakeholder engagement • Guides the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA a plus
  • 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, including 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding at the executive level.
  • Strong financial acumen (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience partnering with Finance.
  • Proficiency with PPM platforms (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), and analytics/visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Expert in stage-gate, change control, and risk management; able to turn insights into decisions and actions.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
