AV Project Coordinator

• Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and other departments within the company, including sales, logistics, warehousing, client and operations. • Respond to RFP on behalf of PMO organization delivering preliminary Project Plans, Schedule of Values, and RFI Responses. • Assist with project planning, including creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project milestones, and monitoring project budgets. • Help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues that may impact project delivery. • Support the project team in preparing project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. • Maintain project-related files and documentation, ensuring that all project information is up to date and easily accessible. • Help the Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project team members, including scheduling and attending project meetings, tracking action items, and following up on project-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Associates Degree Required
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the audio visual industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira is a plus

Role Description The Project Manager, Clinical Lab Equipment Installation is responsible for managing the implementation and installation of our diagnostic instrumentation portfolio in partnership with laboratory customers, hospital facilities teams, IT stakeholders, and other customer partners, while coordinating closely with internal Beckman Coulter teams to ensure successful project execution. This position reports to the Manager of Technical Project Management and is part of the Technical Project Management Team. This position will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Execute professional project planning using professional oral and written communication, providing quality implementations with regular and periodic updates to Project Teams and Stakeholders. - Act as the single point of contact between the customer and BCI ensuring streamlined communications and monitoring of project timelines throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead BCI resources – both personnel and inventory to maintain schedule. - Maintain all project related documentation, and present the current project status and task list at project meetings. - Provide post installation follow-up, issue resolution, project close out and hand over to our local Sales and Service Teams.
