Digital Engagement Delivery Project Manager I

Role Description As the Project Manager I, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from initiation to closure. This includes coordinating team activities and customizing solutions to meet client objectives. You will also lead the implementation and ongoing projects for Alight Worklife Digital Engagement solutions. Responsibilities - Flushing out final project scope and creating initial project delivery schedule. - Managing the overall schedule, detailed project requirements, and risk logs with key stakeholders leveraging Smartsheet artifacts. - Creating scope-based change orders along with corresponding billing number setup. - Ensuring client invoices are sent out based on established SOW fee structure. - Leading external client planning and requirements meetings. - Working closely with our Requirements Analysts to consult and ask appropriate questions to gather business requirements efficiently. - Managing the client acceptance testing process by initiating issue logs and setting appropriate expectations regarding client feedback. - Providing best practice consultation to clients as well as internal stakeholders. - Working to produce solutions that meet client needs while staying within the AWL standard framework. - Assessing the ongoing health of a client while staying close to renewal opportunities and buy ups. - Collaborating with other project managers within the Digital Engagement practice. Qualifications - Able to consult and ask appropriate questions to guide clients and colleagues to meet their goals and objectives. - Display knowledge of benefits compensation, retirement plans, health plans, as well as equity and other HR rewards programs. - Have ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications. - Have clear communication of ideas through presentation and consultation. - Have coaching and mentoring capabilities. - Have ability to establish confidence and personal credibility with clients as well as Alight colleagues. - Be detail-oriented and well-organized individual for a position. - Hold a bachelor's or possess relevant work experience demonstrating substantial expertise in the field. - Demonstrate a solid foundation in collecting business or technical requirements to improve its effectiveness. - Have external client/vendor facing consulting experience. - Have a solid foundation in guiding and assisting teams and individuals.
