Role Description Ich bin Julien, Gründer von Vertriebspilot— KI-Agentur für den DACH-Mittelstand mit zahlenden Referenzkunden. Jeden einzelnen Kunden habe ich bisher selbst kalt am Telefon gewonnen. Jetzt limitiert mein Kalender — deshalb suche ich genau 2 Telefonprofis für echte B2B-Kaltakquise: Anrufe bei Handwerksbetrieben (SHK, Elektro, Solar), die uns noch nicht kennen. Ziel sind qualifizierte Demo-Termine direkt in meinen Kalender. Klartext: Das ist KEIN Setting oder Closing auf warmen Inbound-Leads — das ist die Königsdisziplin. Wenn du sie beherrschst, bist du hier richtig. Und noch ein Klartext: Du telefonierst selbst. Bei uns ruft keine KI automatisch an — unser Power-Dialer nimmt dir nur Wählen, Recherche und Dokumentation ab. Du klickst und sprichst. Aufgaben - Du arbeitest verifizierte B2B-Leadlisten ab (Handwerk: SHK, Elektro, Solar) — in 100er-Blöcken über unseren Power-Dialer. - Du führst echte Kaltakquise-Gespräche mit Inhabern und Geschäftsführern — Firmen, die uns noch nicht kennen. - Du vereinbarst qualifizierte 15-Minuten-Demo-Termine direkt in den Kalender des Gründers. - Du dokumentierst kurz je Anruf (Status + Notiz) — den Rest übernimmt das System. - Du gibst einmal pro Woche 15 Minuten Feedback fürs Script-Feintuning. Qualifications - Du hast echte Kaltakquise-Erfahrung am Telefon (B2B bevorzugt) — und sie macht dir Spaß statt Angst. - Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau. - Du arbeitest selbstständig, brauchst kein Micromanagement und liebst freie Zeiteinteilung. - Ruhige Umgebung, Headset und stabiles Internet. - Wohnort egal — Bali, Lissabon oder Buxtehude. Hauptsache, du greifst zum Hörer. Benefits - Fair-Play-Vergütung, rein leistungsbezogen: 60 Euro je 100er-Lead-Block (ca. 3 Stunden) + 150 Euro je qualifiziertem, stattgefundenem Termin — ab dem 6.
