Role Description Join our Professional Services HCM, Payroll and Time Consulting Team. Our Professional Services Payroll consulting team is responsible for deploying SAP / SuccessFactors HCM, payroll and time projects within time, budget and scope. We ensure readiness for our Application Management services to smoothly take over in a business as usual mode. We collaborate with pre-sales, sales and functional teams, across delivery business units and regions to ensure successful delivery of payroll projects and maintenance services to our enterprise clients. Senior SAP HR Consultant Responsibilities: - Act as SAP Payroll / Time Lead on implementation projects (ECP, SAP PY/PT, SF Time) for Poland - Gather and validate business requirements and align to Strada standards/templates - Manage customizing of the to be implemented solution with further support consultants from global team such as Granada - Ensure delivery of project deliverables on time, quality, in budget - Manage testing cycles and support parallel payroll runs - Ensure cutover, go-live and hypercare closure - Handling of requests addressed to the Application Services team in SNOW/client tool: - Ongoing updating and monitoring of requests (characteristics, description, status, prioritization) - Adherence to SLA/KPI of processed notifications - Communication through official notifications - Implementation of configuration/programming tasks: - Analysis of business needs in the HR, time and payroll area - Development of specifications for proposed solutions - Preparation of test scripts - Testing of implemented changes - Preparation of technical documentation of implemented changes according to company standards - Troubleshooting current (typical and non-standard) problems in the SAP HCM system - Implementation of new functionalities based on the change request process in the SAP HCM system - Independent configuration of systems in the area of: OM / PA / PT / PY / Reporting / ABAP - Assisting junior staff with system configuration for complex, complicated customer requirements - Maintaining the system in compliance with the Labour Law Code applicable to the country served and promoting the above information to the team - Improvement of existing SAP HCM systems - Development of country solutions (Alco) - technical SME - Performing data migration process (LSMW) - Participation in processes such as system upgrade, HRSP, EMR, DR, etc. - Maintenance of the transport system - Participation in new customer implementations and cooperation with all project parties involved - Performing tasks arising from departmental specifications: - Providing consultancy on SAP HR system solutions for internal as well as external customers - Working with the customer both locally and globally - Liaising with SAP for the supported country - Acting as a contact person with the client on issues relating to the project area for which he/she will be responsible - Prepare compilation for AMPS team monthly reports - Liaising with other team members in Poland and other Strada branches - Training of key users and end users - Conducting presentations and workshops for customers - Deploying and supporting junior staff - Participating in regular status meetings of the team - Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor Qualifications - Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation - Experience in being a part of 3+ project rollouts - Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resource - Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability - Be committed to the customer, the team, and the project - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus - Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information Benefits - Remote work - Interesting career development opportunities within the company - Language courses bailout and language allowances - Private medical care in Lux Med - Access to MyBenefit platform (including MultiSport card) - Group life insurance

• Manage end to end payroll cycle for Safeguard Global’s workers payroll post onboard for South Korea. • Maintain high knowledge on all of the company's payroll policies and governmental regulations impacting payroll preparation. • Investigate and correct payroll reports identifying out of balance payroll. • Perform necessary review and approve payroll reports against housed information and client input. • Maintain on periodic basis KPI, internal reporting, payroll schedule and master payroll input. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll payment to workers. • Working with clients to obtain/relay expert in-country requirements during workers life cycle. • Monitor and maintain employee data, Ensure all employee records are up to date before the payroll processing. • Point of contact for workers queries. • Manage the funding/billing process for payroll completing charging sheet and generating sales invoices. • Maintain and store all relevant worker documentation through the life cycle of employment as per in country compliance and record keeping guidelines. • Manage any changes in employment contracts, changes after initial onboard such as salary changes or benefits provided. • Ensure timely responses to queries received from workers, internal support teams, ICP/ICE and clients. • Work through compliant offboards for all workers whether on Indefinite or Fixed Term Contracts, this could be voluntary terminations or involuntary. • Ensure background checks are completed as requested if not finalised prior to first payroll through Implementation.
