About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of key products across our B2B SaaS recruiting platform for enterprise healthcare customers. You’ll lead the evolution of our sourcing, sequencing, and AI-driven tools for recruiters, as well as our iOS and Android apps for candidates. This role requires strong prioritization, execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll define product strategy, gather insights, and deliver impactful features that streamline hiring and job discovery in healthcare. Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced startup
- Experience working with search, AI-driven products, and large-scale data systems is a plus
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define requirements and ship features
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align teams
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
