Role Description Organisation, gestion et développement du pôle jeunesse. Direction, coordination et suivi des activités du service. Encadrement et management des équipes. Préparation et suivi budgétaire du service. La coordination et le pilotage opérationnel : - Assurer la coordination des ACM et des dispositifs périscolaires, dans le respect de la réglementation. - Veiller à la cohérence et à la qualité des projets pédagogiques. - Organiser et garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien des structures. - Mettre en place des outils de suivi et d’évaluation des actions. Management et accompagnement des équipes - Manager, encadrer et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire : ACM/école/entretien. - Accompagner le personnel dans leurs missions. - Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et à la professionnalisation des agents. - Identifier les besoins en formation et contribuer au développement des compétences. - Organiser et animer des temps de réunion et de coordination. Mise en œuvre de la politique éducative - Décliner opérationnellement les orientations éducatives (PEDT, CTG…). - Assurer le suivi administratif et réglementaire des structures (SDJES, CAF, PMI, etc.). - Accompagner la mise en œuvre des projets éducatifs et des actions transversales. - Favoriser l’innovation pédagogique et l’adaptation aux besoins des publics. - Participer aux instances de travail et démarches de co-construction. Gestion et suivi administratif - Assurer le suivi administratif et opérationnel du service. - Élaborer, suivre et exécuter le budget du service et à la gestion des moyens. - Contribuer à l’élaboration de dossiers (subventions, conventions, projets). - Veiller à l’application des procédures internes. Partenariats et relations aux publics - Développer et entretenir les relations avec les acteurs éducatifs (écoles, familles, associations, institutions). - Favoriser la participation des familles et la prise en compte des besoins des enfants. - Assurer la circulation de l’information entre les différents acteurs. Réglementation et sécurité - Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’encadrement. - Assurer une veille réglementaire et adapter les pratiques si nécessaire. Qualifications - Expérience obligatoire en management. - Expérience dans le domaine de l'animation et de la jeunesse. - Connaissances réglementaires en encadrement, hygiène et sécurité. - Expertise des dispositifs PEDT/Plan mercredi et CTG. - Rigueur, disponibilité, discrétion.
