SAP Integration Engineer
Bright Vision Technologies
Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with a wide variety of non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and interface design, through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPI expertise with a strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures, and will partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of SAP integration experience, with at least three years on SAP Integration Suite / CPI. - Strong hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy/Java scripting, and a wide range of CPI adapters. - Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts. - Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures. - Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO and prior experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI is highly desirable. - Familiarity with security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication. - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. - Experience working in S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur integration scenarios. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Design and develop end-to-end integration scenarios in SAP Integration Suite / CPI, including synchronous and asynchronous flows, complex mappings, and orchestration logic. - Build, configure, and maintain integration content using iFlows, content modifiers, splitters, routers, exception subprocesses, and adapter-specific configurations. - Develop custom Groovy and Java scripts within CPI to implement complex transformation, validation, and routing requirements. - Configure and operate a wide range of adapters (HTTP, SOAP, IDoc, OData, JMS, AS2, SFTP, REST, Salesforce, Ariba) to integrate SAP with cloud, on-premises, and partner systems. - Implement secure communication channels, including OAuth2, mTLS, certificate-based authentication, and secure parameter management within CPI. - Design integration patterns aligned with SAP’s reference architecture, including event-driven, API-led, and middleware-mediated patterns. - Build robust error-handling, retry, and alerting mechanisms with strong observability into message flow and processing. - Migrate legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite, including assessment, redesign, and parallel run strategies. - Configure and manage SAP API Management policies, throttling, security, and developer-portal experiences. - Support performance tuning of high-volume integration scenarios, including pooling, parallel processing, and tenant capacity management. - Document interface specifications, integration designs, and operational procedures, and lead knowledge transfer to support and operations teams. - Collaborate with functional consultants and external integration partners to align technical designs with business processes. - Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including root-cause analysis and structured incident response. Benefits - Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

Tech Lead/Senior Software Architect
AlongsideCompeting for talent is tough. That's why you need a competitive edge. We are your secret weapon.
Role Description We're hiring a senior Tech Lead / Software Architect to own the technical direction of the platform's backend architecture, with a specific focus on its actor-model distributed system (built on Microsoft Orleans). This is a fractional engagement — roughly half-time, spread across the full length of the project. Responsibilities — Architecture & Engineering - Own and evolve the architecture of a distributed, actor-model backend (Microsoft Orleans) handling real-time positioning and telemetry data at scale. - Set technical direction for the .NET backend: API design, data pipelines, service boundaries. - Design the path toward multi-node Orleans clustering as the platform scales. - Review code and provide hands-on technical guidance to backend and full stack engineers. - Identify and remediate security and architectural risk areas (authentication, data handling, system hardening). - Partner with data/telemetry and QA engineers on ingestion pipeline and analytics architecture decisions. - Advise on CI/CD, staging environment, and release practices. Responsibilities — Team Leadership & Communication - Act as engineering team lead: set priorities, unblock the team, and own technical quality across the engineering group. - Coordinate closely with the Project Manager on sprint planning, delivery status, and risk/blocker escalation. - Join client calls run by the project team, speaking directly to technical progress and tradeoffs when needed. - Mentor other engineers, raising the technical bar across the team. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior/lead-level architecture responsibility. - Hands-on experience with actor-model distributed systems (Microsoft Orleans strongly preferred; Akka or comparable frameworks considered). - Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET — API design, services, data pipelines at scale. - Experience architecting systems that process real-time/streaming data (telemetry, sensor data, WebSockets). - Proven track record leading a small engineering team — code review, mentoring, setting technical direction. - Experience working closely with a Project Manager on planning and delivery, including joining client calls to speak to technical topics. - Strong written and spoken English — comfortable communicating with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. - Security-conscious architecture practices (authentication, PII handling, system hardening). Nice to Have - Experience with GPS/BLE positioning or real-time geospatial systems. - Background in industrial, logistics, or IoT/telemetry domains. - Experience designing for multi-node clustering / horizontal scaling. - Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred, given the .NET/Orleans stack). Requirements - Remote work (Vietnam-based). - Estimated project duration: 19 weeks. - Part-time schedule: 4 hours per day, aligned with Portugal business hours (WET/WEST). - Freelance / Service Agreement. - Hourly Rate: $20-$25.
