• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management. • Brainstorm, execute, and measure growth experiments within Marketo to optimize performance. • Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to build targeted programs and secure required campaign assets. • Maintain and optimize data hygiene, enrichment, progressive profiling, and data governance. • Ensure all marketing activities comply with international spam and data privacy regulations. • Identify database optimization opportunities to accelerate lead and pipeline growth. • Manage the integration of internal and third-party tools with our marketing automation platform. • Collaborate with Sales Operations on cross-functional projects to troubleshoot data exchange issues between systems. • Investigate, evaluate, and adopt new platforms or tools to support scaling marketing needs. • Gather detailed business requirements from marketing, sales, and tech teams to meet business objectives. • Analyze campaign performance, track end-to-end lead attribution, and deliver actionable reports to key stakeholders. • Use data-driven insights to optimize time-to-market speed and campaign efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing, specifically designing, building, and executing campaigns in Marketo.
- Marketo Certification: Adobe Marketo Engage certification is highly preferred.
- CRM Expertise: Advanced skills and in-depth experience with Salesforce.
- Web Basics: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page editing.
- Marketing Automation: Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, database growth, and strict data hygiene.
- Operations & Delivery: Strong track record in lead management, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and revenue cycle models.
- Systems Integration: Experience integrating third-party tools, managing CRM workflows, or handling platform migrations.
- Data-Driven Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end metrics and campaign performance.
- Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently under tight timelines with an "I can figure it out" attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

• Serve as primary HubSpot administrator: manage the portal, build and maintain workflows, automations, lead scoring, and campaign assets (landing pages, forms, emails, lists) • Build and launch marketing campaigns end-to-end — from workflow logic to asset creation to post-launch reporting • Own marketing analytics and reporting: campaign performance, engagement scoring, pipeline attribution, and ad hoc reporting for leadership • Maintain data hygiene and process alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce, working closely with sales operations to ensure clean handoffs and accurate attribution • Manage website updates and content publishing in WordPress , coordinating with marketing on landing pages, campaign microsites, and ongoing site maintenance • Edit and produce video content (webinar clips, analyst commentary, promotional content) for use across web, email, and social channels • Upload, format, and manage video content on YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlist organization • Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tech stack performance, flagging and resolving integration or data issues
