Marketing Operations – Optimization Specialist

Assurant

• Perform quality assurance reviews for customer communications, lifecycle marketing programs, and digital marketing initiatives. • Validate content, links, personalization, audience selections, dynamic content, rendering, accessibility, and deployment readiness. • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues prior to campaign deployment. • Develop, manage, and maintain testing roadmaps, optimization calendars, and experimentation programs supporting marketing performance objectives. • Analyze trends and provide insights that support data-driven decision-making. • Conduct audits of marketing programs, campaign configurations, tracking parameters, documentation, workflows, and operational processes. • Partner with campaign managers, lifecycle marketers, analytics teams, and marketing technology stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting marketing operations, email marketing, campaign management, quality assurance, analytics, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience performing quality assurance reviews and validation activities within marketing or digital environments.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Experience supporting testing programs, campaign optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with campaign tracking methodologies, UTM parameters, and digital analytics practices.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and managing competing priorities.
