• Manage a portfolio of faculty post-award and payroll sourcing activities with minimal supervision/oversight. • Perform pre-award job duties in response to specific proposal guidelines and terms and conditions for more complex proposals. • Work with faculty in proposal preparation and submission. • Manage budgeting, analysis, justifications for proposals; gather information for protocols and non-technical components as needed. • Serve as a liaison between the Chair, Faculty, and Department Administrators. • Stay current on federal and university developments regarding research administration and complex regulations. • Manage and monitor complex sponsored projects budgets and ensure appropriate and timely expenditures and reconciliation of funds. • Approve purchasing documents and provide guidance to purchasing staff on appropriate expenditures according to specific grant policies. • Track and maintain online database of grants submitted, awarded, rejected, etc. • Prepare monthly financial reports on complex research accounts and distribute/discuss with PIs and senior leadership.

• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and organize digital files and documentation. • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while responding promptly to inquiries. • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents as needed. • Coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items. • Assist with social media scheduling, content posting, and basic marketing support when required. • Handle administrative projects and support multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency. • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information. • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and recommend workflow enhancements. • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

• Client-Centric: Build, drive, and optimize successful DSP marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel (Amazon, Walmart, and/or Instacart, etc.) to meet and exceed client goals. • Foster rapport with clients through weekly interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings (as needed). • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms applicable to your book of business, proactively educating clients on program updates and benefits. • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and support optimization efforts.

• Perform technical visits and service calls for key account customers (GSA) • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic equipment • Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions to ensure operational continuity of equipment • Operate in different locations and bases according to operational needs • Use a company vehicle for travel related to service calls • Maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction • Contribute to regional results through fast, safe, and high-quality service
