• Provide expert-level support for customers using Cell Sorting, Spectral Flow Cytometry, and related Flow Cytometry technologies • Collaborate with researchers worldwide to optimize instrument performance and analytical outcomes • Utilize remote diagnostic technologies while building strong relationships with field teams, R&D, and customers • Combine technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and continuous learning as you work with advanced scientific instrumentation

• Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost • Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting • Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved • Provides technical expertise and value to customers • Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system • Provides hardware development and consultation • More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development

• Provides service and repair of Gas detection equipment and systems. • On-site installation and commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting. • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system. • Acts as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. • Plan and undertake routine service calls within defined territory. • Ensure maintenance of an appropriate level of spares carried in the company vehicle. • Control individual expenses within agreed budget levels. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Service Manager.

Role Description The Product Application Support is a field-based position responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance. This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting instrument installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives. This position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Andalucia and Murcia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers. - Solve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives. - Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base. - Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully in appropriate applications. - Drive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent. - 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience. - Fluent in English speaking and writing. - Valid driver’s license. Requirements - Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required. - Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
