Role Description The Product Application Support is a field-based position responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance. This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting instrument installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives. This position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Andalucia and Murcia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers. - Solve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives. - Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base. - Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully in appropriate applications. - Drive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent. - 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience. - Fluent in English speaking and writing. - Valid driver’s license. Requirements - Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required. - Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Represents the Baxter brand in clinical and hospital settings • Manages an assigned territory and travels to perform installation, repair, preventative maintenance, training, and other services on a variety of electro-mechanical medical devices • Performs repairs, calibrations, preventive maintenance, installations on electro-mechanical medical equipment within established SLAs, quality, and procedural standards • Analyzes equipment failures to determine root cause and performs corrective action • Responsible for effective territory management by scheduling service calls, PMs and other service needs within SLAs and plans travel accordingly • Ensures test equipment is working properly and calibrated within established intervals • Documents all performance and maintenance records on equipment • Plans and orders parts necessary for service and PM and maintains proper system inventory records • Provides guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing operation, maintenance, inspection procedures, and techniques • Maintains customer good-will through effective and timely communication of all services rendered, on-site arrival time, and reports any issues • Demonstrates presentation of positive attitude for the company, products, employees, and customers; and maintains proper business appearance • Participates in department meetings and training events • May participate in installation or field action planning and execution • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP’s, equipment, policies, and procedures, including any department specific requirements

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment associated with new Data Center Cooling projects • Review work orders, blueprints, schematic diagrams and related materials to determine tasks to be performed, tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair • Demonstrate experience in managing challenging jobs with the objective to mitigate the impact on customer’s building/experience while also minimizing the financial burden on the company • Consult with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor • May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements

I den här rollen kommer en vanlig dag att se ut så här: - Du kommer att resa dagligen (i din tjänstebil) till våra kunder inom regionen "Södra" och besöker i genomsnitt mellan 1-3 kunder per dag. - Din arbetsdag kommer vanligtvis att börja och sluta hemma hos dig. - Om en säker hemresa inom arbetstid inte är möjlig eller inte är meningsfull övernattar du på hotell (i genomsnitt 1-2 nätter per vecka). - Du kommer att ansvara för hela Hachs produktportfölj för vatten- och avloppsmätning, från driftsättning och kundbriefing till underhåll och reparationer. - Du kommer att tillhandahålla produktförbättringssupport samt installationsstöd för testinställningar eller kundorder. - Du kommer att arbeta nära försäljningen och ge rekommendationer för att förlänga våra serviceavtal och ersättare. Qualifications - Utbildning som industrielektriker, processpecialist inom avloppsvattenområdet eller liknande. - Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper både kompetens och personlighet. Requirements - Vilja att resa i tjänsten med övernattningar (beroende på din bostadsort bör du räkna med 1-2 övernattningar per vecka). - Körkort klass B.
