Territory Manager
Caterpillar Inc.
• Territory Manager of the FG WILSON brand in Europe • Standalone support of FG WILSON Diesel genset (and extended FG WILSON portfolio) business growth in the region, both from new genset sales and aftermarket service perspective • Leading Business Development of new customers in the region • Support and development of distribution channels • Close collaboration with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Engineering Consulting companies to ensure early engagement of FG WILSON on all relevant projects • Continuous development of the FG WILSON presence in the assigned regions, including organization and participation in industrial workshops, conferences and trade fairs (in collaboration with FG WILSON head office) • Supervision of preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with other stakeholders within FG WILSON head office • Management and support of technical and commercial proposal negotiations in coordination with relevant decision-makers in FG WILSON, with both Direct customers and Partners • Responsible for high level of forecast accuracy for incoming orders and working closely with line management to ensure timely product delivery
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed engineering or business degree or related field
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Experience in selling strategies and ability to communicate product/service value aligned with customer needs
- Fluent Polish and business-level English skills, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1)
