• Provides support to employees throughout the employee lifecycle • Participates in the development of departmental goals and objectives, recommends new approaches, policies and procedures for continued process improvement. • Offer thought leadership and subject matter expertise with HR functions, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to establish practices and procedures • Interpret external business trends and best practices and apply them in their day-to-day operations • Effectively guide day-to-day decisions about people and lead with behaviors which are consistent with the Company values • Workday facilitation with payroll, benefits and leave departments • Timely and consistently respond to day-to-day requirements for reporting, analysis, compliance, and performance management • Support employee development at all levels • Coach individuals and teams to higher performance • Identify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processes • Provide feedback and solutions to support change management • Promote effective two-way communications • Personally contribute to achievement of business goals • All other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibilities, some of which must have included line HR generalist responsibilities
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Knowledge in Workday a plus
