• Own the technical delivery strategy and scaled operations for our retained product team • Lead cross-functional engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance fullstack solutions • Serve as the bridge between client business needs and technical execution • Challenge teams to adopt efficient architectures, rigorous testing standards, and effective delivery methodologies • Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders • Analyze client business processes and requirements and map them to robust technical solutions • Engage engineering and QA to build a strong technical culture
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of delivery leadership experience at scale, leading complex, concurrent technical programs in an agency or fast-paced product environment, including experience leading through other leads.
- Strong engineering and architecture expertise with a foundation in technical architecture, actively looking at work at the code level, and writing technical documentation with credibility.
- Up-to-date knowledge on technical best practices that you can implement with your team.
- Deep SDLC and delivery fluency with a command of modern delivery practices—including Agile/Scrum at scale, DevOps, CI/CD, release and incident management—and the metrics that make delivery measurable.
- Deep technical breadth and familiarity with modern web stacks, CMS solutions, fullstack applications and integrations, security best practices, testing and QA automation, and delivery tooling.
