Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operations
- Experience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizations
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programs
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Experience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
