Role Description Varonis is hiring a VP of Growth Marketing to own the engine that turns Varonis's category leadership into pipeline, revenue, and market share. Reporting to the CMO, this leader oversees demand generation, content, social, and marketing operations. - Own worldwide pipeline generation across all online channels, with clear pipeline and revenue targets. - Build distribution strategies beyond just hitting publish, for product launches, acquisitions, and other big marketable moments. - Oversee our SEO/AEO strategies that bring in high-intent organic traffic and ensure that Varonis is accurately represented in Google's AI mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and whatever comes next. - Spot cultural moments, trends, and memes that our brand can authentically be part of and move fast to capitalize on them. - Reverse engineer successful strategies from companies like Ramp, Rippling, Wiz, and Clay and adapt them to Varonis. - Design and run creative experiments that make people talk about and remember Varonis. - Work with the brand and creative team to create "stunts" and attention-grabbing moments that put us in the conversation. - Run marketing ops with clean data, tight lead handoffs, and attribution the executive team trusts. - Write compelling copy for every touchpoint: ads, emails, landing pages, in-product messaging. - Partner with creators, influencers, or publications to amplify reach. - Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc. and hit CAC/ROAS goals. - Run creative that stops the scroll. - Build and coach the team that will run this engine. Hire people who make things. Qualifications - 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 leading demand generation, growth, or performance marketing teams at scale. - A track record at high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS companies, ideally in security, infrastructure, or a technical buyer category. - Direct experience owning a marketing budget and pipeline/revenue targets. - Cybersecurity or data security domain experience is a plus but not required. Curiosity and speed of learning matter more.
