• Build and maintain features across our React/TypeScript client and NestJS/TypeScript backend, including UI components, REST APIs, and the data layer connecting them. • Design and extend the client-server architecture: state management, routing, authentication (including SSO/SAML), real-time updates via WebSockets, and background job processing via AWS SQS. • Collaborate on the integration layer between the web app and our LLM-based agents — message schemas, queue-based communication, and file/data handoff. • Work with our conversational AI agent system, which orchestrates multiple specialized agents for statistical modeling, data quality checks, and PK/PD analysis workflows. • Contribute to database schema design and migrations (PostgreSQL/Sequelize), API documentation (Swagger), and test coverage (Jest, pytest). • Participate in code review, architecture discussions, and production support across the stack.

• Writes correct and consistent code using both knowledge and expertise (backend, frontend, and devops). • Develops and maintains full-stack web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. • Designs, builds, and integrates APIs and backend services to support product functionality and system integrations. • Reviews code efficiently and give feedback on it. • Communicates and justifies technical decisions via design docs, tech talks and documentation. • Mentors Junior Engineers via Pairing, Feedback, PR Review and 1:1's. • Delivers complex product to QA that is fully developed and bug-free. • End-to-end responsibility for getting production-ready features to the finish line.

• Act as the direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries about Red Hat OpenShift via ticketing tool, by phone and using remote access tools • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by using professional communication, applying existing knowledge, and deep troubleshooting to resolve a variety of issues within the designated service-level agreement (SLA) • Quickly analyze issues to identify problem areas and effectively communicate corrective actions and resolutions to customers in a professional and timely manner • Collaborate with other support engineers and other internal teams and external parties during the problem resolution process • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure • Document diagnostic steps and create reusable solutions for future incidents • Be available to perform weekend shift duties on a rotational schedule when needed • Contribute to regional or global initiatives or projects
