• Build and maintain features across our React/TypeScript client and NestJS/TypeScript backend, including UI components, REST APIs, and the data layer connecting them. • Design and extend the client-server architecture: state management, routing, authentication (including SSO/SAML), real-time updates via WebSockets, and background job processing via AWS SQS. • Collaborate on the integration layer between the web app and our LLM-based agents — message schemas, queue-based communication, and file/data handoff. • Work with our conversational AI agent system, which orchestrates multiple specialized agents for statistical modeling, data quality checks, and PK/PD analysis workflows. • Contribute to database schema design and migrations (PostgreSQL/Sequelize), API documentation (Swagger), and test coverage (Jest, pytest). • Participate in code review, architecture discussions, and production support across the stack.
• Own the clinical success of new InsightRX Nova and Apollo customers, from contract signing through go-live and beyond • Lead onboarding for new hospital and health system customers, managing timelines and running formal training • Build clinical credibility; pharmacists want to know you speak their language before they'll engage with the tool • Provide ongoing clinical support and pharmacokinetic expertise so customers get real value from our platforms • Contribute to hospital-level policy and protocol discussions where our software intersects with clinical practice • Lead live virtual training sessions presented to pharmacists learning how to use the software • Work closely with account executives to manage customers’ happiness, pharmacokinetic and clinical outcome metrics, and interest in new InsightRX products • Build and maintain training materials, documentation, and educational content for customers • Collaborate with our Data Science team on analytics and reporting that help customers use the platform more effectively • Bring the customer's voice into Product, Sales, and Marketing conversations • Take initiative on projects beyond the core role. Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Account Director to lead expansion efforts within a defined portfolio of health system customers. This is a remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. who are comfortable collaborating virtually and occasionally traveling for customer or team meetings. This role will focus exclusively on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities to grow adoption of InsightRx solutions across new clinical areas, departments, and workflows. This is a pure expansion role—not responsible for renewals—with a strong emphasis on executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account planning to unlock long-term growth. Key Responsibilities - Drive Strategic Expansion: - Lead efforts to expand InsightRx footprint within existing accounts by surfacing unmet needs, introducing new solution areas, and securing buy-in from key stakeholders. - Build Executive & Clinical Relationships: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers to understand their strategic priorities and align InsightRx offerings accordingly. - Opportunity Development: - Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities within current customers. Work cross-functionally to shape proposals and close expansion deals. - Customer Value Storytelling: - Clearly articulate the clinical and operational value of InsightRx solutions in a way that resonates with target stakeholders and supports enterprise-wide adoption. - Cross-Functional Alignment: - Collaborate with Product, Clinical Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate outreach strategies, tailor value messaging, and support expansion execution. - Account Strategy & Planning: - Create and maintain strategic account plans that prioritize high-impact expansion opportunities and lay the groundwork for future growth. - Forecasting & Reporting: - Maintain a clear view of expansion pipeline health and progress. Provide timely updates and insights to leadership on deal status, risks, and upside.
