• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner • Provides and maintains the necessary tools of the trade • Completes all on site installation, repair maintenance and test tasks under supervision • Diagnoses errors on technical problems and determines proper solutions • Maintains and manages proper levels of inventory in van • Produces timely and detailed service reports • Attends all required training
Job Requirements
- Typically 2 or more years of field service experience
- Basic mechanical background and customer service background
- Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training
- Associates degree or Technical School Certification is preferred

• Design substations utilizing applicable codes and client standards (if available). • Typical design to include general arrangement, equipment and electrical layout, elevation views, cable trench, grounding, conduit drawings, details, bills of material, and AC and DC power systems. • Design ground grids based on applicable codes utilizing industry available software. • Complete calculations such as AC and DC load, bus spans, and ampacity calculations. • Create equipment and material specifications for procurement of engineered equipment as well as development of design scope and cost estimates. • Complete conceptual designs and layouts for facility planning studies. • Direct and/or participate in client meetings/job site visits to collect or deliver design and engineering data. • Perform/Ensure company’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are been follow on all design packages.
• Review and communicate select bloodwork results to clients using established medical guidelines and CoVet (AI) interpretations. • Clearly explain results, provide appropriate next steps, and document all communication in Vetspire. • Identify cases that require DVM involvement and appropriately reassign tasks when needed. • Evaluate medication refill and new medication requests for appropriateness and approval based on medical records and DVM guidance. • Communicate with DVMs when clarification or approval is needed. • Call in prescriptions to external pharmacies, including human pharmacies and online vendors. • Create and close medication encounters when appropriate. • Coordinate with in-clinic teams for medications being filled in clinic.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time and also requires working overtime, including working a variable work schedule as needed to meet business goals • Acts as a safety role model, encourages and recognizes others completing safe acts and intervenes when unsafe acts are being practiced. May diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions up to intermediate routine issues. Seeks assistance when encountering turbine issues outside trained skill level to ensure a suitable resolution • Follows basic structured problem-solving process to complete troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to include the use of diagnostic tools (e.g. basic fluke meter functions, hydraulic pressure gauge). • Initiates and performs most work tasks with limited supervision and follows defined instructions and maintenance schedules, completing plans as directed and performs according to written and verbal instruction from higher level technical staff • Effectively promotes a healthy team environment through assisting teammates in accomplishing goals as well as mentoring lower level technical staff.
