Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
  • Evidence of leading or playing a significant role on large-scale ITSM platforms/tools implementations from key market players such as ServiceNow, BMC
  • Deep practitioner experience in IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in asset and dependency mapping
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between ITSM and IT operations management
  • Experience leading research or strategic initiatives on AI-driven transformation in ITSM
  • Working experience with modern operations practices such as DevOps, SRE, platform engineering or agile product teams
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
