Role Description The Connector Specialist will be responsible for researching, scheduling, maintaining, and optimising the integrations (connectors) that power Hurree’s data ecosystem - enabling seamless data flow between Hurree and dozens of external tools and APIs. This role combines technical execution, product insight, and partnership communication to ensure high-quality, scalable connectors that delight customers and support business growth. Key Responsibilities - Connector Engineering & Support - Research, document, test, deploy, and maintain robust connectors to external platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, finance, marketing tools). - Ensure connector reliability, security, and performance, including researching new tools and documenting for engineers to develop. - Troubleshoot and resolve connector issues, root-cause failures, and improve stability over time. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely within the product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, prioritise connector roadmaps, and refine integration strategies. - Partner with other departments to respond to technical questions and support onboarding of key connectors. - API & Platform Expertise - Serve as a subject-matter expert on third-party APIs used within Hurree’s product. - Monitor updates or changes to external APIs and proactively adjust connectors to maintain compatibility. - Document connector behaviours, data schemas, error handling, and operational best practices. - Quality & Continuous Improvement - Participate in test planning to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Identify patterns and opportunities to improve connector development productivity and customer outcomes. - Technical Documentation - Create and maintain clear technical specs, and integration guides. - Help document internal best practices and external knowledge base articles for customers. Qualifications - Essential - Experience and understanding of software integrations and APIs, especially connector-focused work. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth and other authentication standards. - Familiarity with API testing tools and protocols (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. - Desirable - Previous experience in a SaaS product environment focused on data aggregation or analytics. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JS. - Knowledge of third-party tools such as CRMs, marketing and social media tools. • Build and maintain core backend services that power Hurree’s platform, including API integrations, data pipelines, and internal tooling. • Work within the development team to implement scalable, high-performance solutions that ensure reliable data processing and delivery. • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based services for data aggregation, processing, and analytics. • Develop RESTful APIs and backend features that support the platform and its integrations. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in line with best practices. • Build robust ETL pipelines for importing, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources. • Support connector development and ensure reliable data flows for various external platforms. • Handle large datasets efficiently while maintaining performance and scalability. • Collaborate with teams to define technical requirements. • Provide support for debugging production issues and improve system reliability. • Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend improvements to code and system design. • Implement unit and integration tests, ensuring high-quality releases. • Maintain clear documentation for APIs, data models, and internal processes. • Continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and system performance.

• Prepare detailed test plans and write test cases in preparation for development of major features based on product requirements. • Perform cross browser manual testing of new product features to catch bugs and defects. • Identify, document and track defects across our product backlog with detailed comprehensive reports. • Participate during sprint planning session and discuss your testing approach for each task with test cases to support this. • Communicate effectively with all members of development team throughout the development life cycle when reporting bugs. • Collaborate with our Web, API and Data teams to understand project requirements and provide quality assurance insights. • Conduct regression testing prior to a new release.

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to design visual assets for campaigns, including: Infographics, blog post graphics, and downloadable content (e.g., guides, reports, whitepapers) • Social media visuals, digital ads, and email campaigns • Presentation decks and event collateral • Translate complex data and insights into visually compelling storytelling. • Ensure all creative output aligns with our brand identity and design guidelines. • Maintain and evolve our visual language across digital channels. • Manage multiple design requests with efficiency and attention to detail. • Stay current with design and marketing trends to continuously elevate our content.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for our agentic AI product from early discovery and research through to polished interfaces. • Collaborate with a cross functional team to translate technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys. • Prototype and test interactions that make the platforms AI behaviours transparent and visually aesthetic. • Establish and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. • Champion the user - making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of our product. • Contribute to the product vision , helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like.
