• Design and Execute Multi-Program Change Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of integrated change management plans for large-scale, multi-program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. • Executive Coaching and Sponsorship: Coach executives and sponsors in effective sponsorship, fostering leadership alignment and commitment to change. • Lead Readiness and Adoption Measurement: Oversee readiness and adoption measurement programs, track KPIs, and celebrate milestones to ensure successful change outcomes. • Develop Change Champion Networks: Build and coach change champion networks, mentoring emerging talent and amplifying engagement across the organization. • Advance Change Practices: Actively contribute to PointClickCare’s change management community, sharing best practices, supporting continuous improvement, and advancing the service offering portfolio. • Facilitate Leadership Alignment: Drive leadership alignment across functional portfolios, facilitating workshops and strategic sessions at the management and executive levels.

Job Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience leading complex change portfolios, with 10,000h to 20,000h dedicated change management experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology environments.
  • Advanced certifications in change management (CCMP, PMP, Agile Change, or equivalent)
  • Advanced knowledge of all major and minor change management frameworks (CCMP, ADKAR, PCI, Kotter, etc.), extensive expertise in project management (classic and agile), social capital, social engineering, persuasion, and neighboring disciplines such as psychology, behavioral science, cultural science, leadership, and organizational development.
  • Leadership presence, mentorship skills, and the ability to independently facilitate change management and transformation programs at the enterprise level.
  • Visionary, resilient, persuasive, and systems thinker, with advanced coaching experience for individuals and teams.
