• Administer Concur end-to-end, including user provisioning, role and permission management, policy configuration, approval workflow design, delegation rules, and system settings updates • Administer RevPro (Zuora Revenue) end-to-end, managing revenue recognition rule sets, performance obligation configurations, contract modifications, period close activities, and user access controls to ensure accurate ASC 606-compliant reporting • NetSuite experience across all core financial modules — General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book Accounting, and Revenue Recognition — owning configuration, module settings, chart of accounts maintenance, and period management • Understanding month-end and quarter-end close, assisting Accounting team with Intercompany Accounts and Financial reporting • Manage NetSuite roles, permissions, and user access governance, ensuring segregation of duties and audit-compliant access controls across the Finance & Accounting organization • Own NetSuite reporting administration, including the creation and maintenance of saved searches, custom reports, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, KPI dashboards, and period-end financial statements • Monitor and administer integrations across NetSuite, Concur, RevPro, and Salesforce — maintaining data mapping, resolving sync failures, and coordinating with the ERP team on integration upgrades or breaks • Serve as the primary escalation point for production issues across NetSuite, Concur, and RevPro — triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets • Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, change logs, and user-facing process documentation for all administered platforms • Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations, workflow changes, or functional enhancements across NetSuite, Concur, and RevPro • Assist Senior NetSuite Developer with UAT testing of customizations and workflows • Enforce data integrity standards and support internal and external audit requirements, including access reviews, configuration change logs, and system-generated evidence across all platforms • Manage and maintain JIRA boards for the ERP team, tracking administrative requests, system changes, and communicating status and metrics to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience; NetSuite Administrator certification (Suite Foundation, ERP Certified) strongly preferred
  • Deep functional expertise in NetSuite financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book Accounting, and Revenue Recognition — with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize each independently
  • Proven experience administering Concur (expense management) and RevPro/Zuora Revenue (revenue recognition) in a production environment, including configuration, user management, and period-close support; required
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite administration tools: SuiteFlow (workflow automation), custom forms and fields, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, roles and permissions, and sandbox environment management
  • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and financial close processes, with demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to system configuration decisions
  • Experience administering integrations between NetSuite, Concur, RevPro, and Salesforce, including monitoring data flows, mapping maintenance, and coordinating vendor or developer support for integration issues
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript (SuiteScript 2.0) concepts; ability to read and understand existing scripts to support troubleshooting, though hands-on development is not required
  • Experience with Jira or ServiceNow for ticket, change, and project management in a systems administration context
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex system configurations into clear guidance for finance stakeholders and auditors
  • NetSuite certifications (Suite Foundation, ERP Certified, Financial User, SuiteAnalytics User) are a plus.
